Shipping Policy
All products are currently free shipping on US, except in some remote areas. Currently we ship to Canada with shipping charges. MERUZY does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, we require a physical address for shipping.
Shipping Time
DELIVERY DAYS: 3-10 Business Days (More Time and Extra Fee for Heavy and Big-size Products ) Processing Time: 1-2 Business Day.If you do not receive your order within 10 days from your shipping confirmation date, we will be happy to look into it for you.
Big-size Product: more than 108'' in unilateral length or more than 165'' in the perimeter. Heavy product: more than 150 lbs in net weight.
Custom items will be shipped when available - please allow extra time for these products as we have to custom design and manufacture them, meaning they may not be available for a few additional days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us within 10-15 business days. MERUZY cannot guarantee ship times, please contact us at info@meruzy.com. If you do not receive your order within 10 days from your shipping confirmation date, we will be happy to look into it for you.
*Please note if you are missing a package we require you to let us know within 14 days of receipt.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or issues with the delivery from the customer's side, we will refund the cost for the items minus the shipping cost. You can then place the order again with updated address information if you would like. Please review your address information carefully before ordering to prevent any delay or additional cost. It is up to you to select the correct service for your address.
