PROJECT SUPPORT

Frequently asked questions

Find clear answers about design, payment, shipping, installation and warranty.

Are design and quotation really free?

Yes. MERUZY does not charge a design fee, quotation fee, or design deposit. Payment is requested only after you approve the final design, quote, and verified dimensions, and we send the formal project order.

Can I order using rough dimensions?

No. Rough dimensions are suitable only for initial design and quotation. Prices based on preliminary dimensions are for reference only and must be updated accordingly once detailed drawings are provided. All MERUZY products are fabricated strictly according to the customer's signed shop drawings.

Who is responsible for final measurements?

You and your qualified local professional are entirely responsible for field conditions and confirmed production dimensions. MERUZY does not derive production dimensions from photos or rough estimates.

How can I share plans or photos?

Use the upload button in the inquiry form or paste a shared Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive link.

How do project orders and payments work?

After you approve the final design, quote and confirmed dimensions, MERUZY sends a formal project order with payment instructions. Standard custom production requires a 50% deposit upon drawing and invoice approval. The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon completion of manufacturing and crating, prior to factory dispatch (verified via high-resolution inspection photos and packing videos). Standard manufacture time is 30–45 business days, counted from the day we receive your signed shop drawings.

Can I buy hardware and accessories online?

Eligible stocked hardware and accessories marked for online sale can be added to the cart and paid for through checkout. Custom architectural systems continue through the free design, approval, and formal-order process.

Does delivery include unloading?

Not as standard. Delivery is made to an accessible job-site or curbside point. The buyer or contractor is responsible for unloading crates from the truck and must arrange a forklift or sufficient manpower (4–6 people) unless your written quote expressly includes another service.

What if freight damage is visible?

Inspect the shipment before signing. If freight damage is visible, you MUST note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) upon delivery and report it with photos/videos within 48 hours to info@meruzy.com so a free replacement claim can be reviewed and processed.

What documents will my contractor receive?

Available documents include approved shop drawings, product-specific handling information, installation guidance, and standard shipping/customs documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Insurance Policy). If your local customs or project jurisdiction requires any specific additional certificates, please inform us in advance during the project review stage.

Do you provide installation?

No. MERUZY supplies products only. You must engage qualified local professionals for field verification and installation. We provide product documentation and remote guidance where appropriate.

Do I need a local installer before ordering?

A qualified local contractor or installation team must be engaged before final measurement approval and order confirmation.

Are products certified for my jurisdiction?

Requirements vary by location, product, and configuration. Request applicable performance, certification, and warranty documents during project review. Your local design or building professional must confirm jurisdictional acceptance.

How are warranty questions handled?

Warranty coverage varies by product and configuration. Applicable written terms are provided for review, and any claim must follow the documentation and notice requirements outlined in those terms.
