Understanding Your Custom Freight Journey:

• Production & Crating: Production & Crating: Custom fabrication and rigorous quality inspections take 4–5 weeks. Prior to container loading, you will receive high-resolution verification photos and crating videos via email.
• Ocean Freight & Customs: Ocean Freight & Customs: Container tracking becomes active upon vessel departure. Ocean transit and US/Canadian import customs clearance typically take 3–4 weeks under confirmed DDP terms.
• Local Liftgate Delivery: Job-Site Delivery Coordination: The final-mile freight carrier will contact you 24–48 hours in advance to schedule curbside delivery. Please ensure site access and proper equipment (such as a forklift) are arranged for unloading oversized architectural crates.
