Laguna Beach Coastal Villa | Slim-Frame Glass Renovation

Set above the Pacific in Laguna Beach, this contemporary villa was renovated to create a stronger connection between the interior living spaces, ocean terraces and surrounding coastal landscape. The glazing strategy focused on expansive views, clean architectural lines and reliable performance in a demanding marine environment.

MERUZY supplied thermally broken aluminum sliding doors, fixed picture windows and corner glazing in a consistent matte-black finish. Low-E insulated glass improves year-round comfort while reducing solar heat gain, and recessed tracks create a smooth transition between the kitchen, living room and exterior deck. Satin stainless-steel hardware was selected for durability and a quiet contrast against the dark framing.

The completed installation brings natural light deep into the home without competing with the architecture. From the main living room to the outdoor entertaining area, every opening frames the coastline while maintaining a refined, minimal profile.
